Thousands Celebrate Veterans Day at Parade in Downtown San Jose

Local Veterans were honored today during the 96th Veterans Day Parade in San Jose. Thousands lined the streets to salute and celebrate our brave men and women who served or are currently serving our country. It's one of the largest Veterans Day parades in Northern California.
Lexus of Stevens Creek was proud to partner with the American GI Forum and drive World War II Veteran Alvaro Alvarado, Korean War Veteran Juan Jaramillo and Vietnam War Veteran Larry Garcia down the mile-long route through downtown. The parade stepped off at noon and traveled from Santa Clara to Market Street and ended on San Carlos Street. There was also a special ceremony at Plaza de Cesar Chavez.
